    IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Hello, to all Khmer fellow citizens in the Cochinchine region, the kingdom of Cambodia, and around the world. Yes, I’ve believed that now it's time for all of the Khmer generations must learn and remember The Truth in the History of The Khmer Ancestor Motherland. Of course, Khmers must be remembered that the south-western part of Vietnam now used to belong to the Khmer Empire, also known as the Funan Kingdom, but the French colonial government stole and ceded to Bao Dai, or YOUN, on 4 June 1949 without the authorization of the Khmer's King and the indigenous Khmers. However, I've also believed that now it's time for The Kingdom of Cambodia to stand with The Khmer Kampuchea-Krom Federation to regain the Khmer Territory- the Cochinchine region from the Communist Party of Vietnam and time will be coming.
    REMEMBER: The City of Prey Nokor is a Capital of The Khmer Kampuchea-Krom Territory, and it is an inseparable part of the Present-day Kingdom of Cambodia. Again, all patriotic Khmers in the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Cochinchine region, and around the world must be remembered that the City of Prey Nokor, also known as formerly Saigon, and now is HCM City. In conclusion, we all must unite - mutual trust - and acknowledge our identity.
